由国际肺癌研究协会（IASLC）举办的2024年世界肺癌大会（WCLC）将于当地时间9月7-10日在美国圣迭戈举行。WCLC是致力于肺癌和其他胸部恶性肿瘤的多学科肿瘤学会议，每届都有来自全球100多个国家的7000多名专业人士参会，共同探讨肺癌和其他胸部恶性肿瘤的前沿诊疗进展。

近年来，靶向治疗在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中取得显著进展，但在小细胞肺癌（SCLC）中却一直是发展的盲区。令人鼓舞的是，今年WCLC官网披露的摘要标题（LBA除外）中，SCLC的靶向治疗迎来新突破，口头报告集中在新兴的靶向治疗，包括ADC治疗、靶向DLL3的双特异性T细胞接合疗法（BiTE）。此外，其他研究则聚焦于新型免疫联合治疗、生物标志物以及放疗相关的进展。医脉通将相关研究整理如下，以飨读者。
